What materials do you use for your printed miniatures?
Our miniatures are printed using high-quality UV-cured ABS-like resin, which offers fine detail and durability.
What scale are your miniatures?
Most of our miniatures are in 32mm or 36mm scale, commonly used for tabletop RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons. Larger figurines have up to 64mm scale.
Can I request a custom miniature?
Yes, once we agree on the details of the miniature, we will come send a price for the design and the print of the figurine (even better if you have the file that you want to customize!).
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns on printed miniatures. However, if your miniature arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement. STL file purchases are non-refundable.

Are the miniatures painted?
No, all miniatures come unpainted. Painted miniatures on the page are just a showcase.
Are miniatures assembled?
current ones Yes, bigger figurines in the future might require assembly (like the dragon).
How do I prep my miniature before painting?
We recommend cleaning any leftover supports with a small knife or a file, then priming it with a spray or brush-on primer before painting.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 3 days and shipping takes 5 days in croatia, outside shipment time may vary.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship inside europe. However, international shipping rates and customs fees apply.
For STL Files
What format are your STL files in?
Our files are provided in STL format, which is compatible with most 3D slicing software.
Can I sell printed miniatures from your STL files?
No, our STL files are for personal use only. Selling prints made from our files is prohibited unless you purchase a commercial license.
Do you provide pre-supported STL files?
Yes, we include supported versions of our STL files for your convenience.
What if I have trouble printing my file?
If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us. We can provide troubleshooting tips or an updated version of the file if needed.
Can I modify the STL files?
Yes, you can modify them for personal use, but redistribution or resale of modified versions is not allowed.
